Education for young Africans is of absolute importance particularly with respect to creating and sustaining transformation in Africa. The potential returns on education should not be undermined. Some of us have only struggled through thick and thin to get some education, but many young Africans cannot afford a basic (Bachelor's) degree.
I have access to some resources and courses that can help provide FREE education for a basic (Bachelor's) degree to young Africans but the problem that we have now is the problem of accreditation and recognition of this education as acceptable for a Bachelor's degree.
Is there a way that the United Nations can help us to get accreditation for this BACHELOR'S DEGREE EDUCATION COURSES AND RESOURCES, so that more young Africans can have access to thorough education without paying a dime?
All anyone will need to access the education will be a smartphone and mobile data and within 4 years of learning the participants will earn the Bachelor's degree. This will be a great leap towards fully democratizing access to quality education in the African continent, particularly with respect to the earning a basic (Bachelor's) degree.
If young Africans are well equipped, we can create and maintain transformation in Africa. Can we make this happen through any means? The United Nations could be of great help I think.
People centred, solution oriented, action pointed leadership
Courage to make hard decisions that are necessary for making impact.
